About
I lead innovation at Monks, the digital-first marketing services company within S4Capital. My job is to make sure our clients are six to twelve months ahead of the market on AI, which right now means helping them navigate the most disruptive shift the industry has seen since the internet.
Before Monks, I was a creative director, building things at the intersection of storytelling and technology at UNIT9 and The Viral Factory, where I helped pioneer social video marketing before anyone called it that. I've been on the jury at Cannes Lions (as Digital Craft President), D&AD, and the ADC Global Awards.
I write and speak about AI, creativity, and the structural changes reshaping how brands go to market. My perspective: the smartest data set wins, the best agencies are building their own obsolescence, and most of what passes for AI strategy is just PowerPoint with a ChatGPT logo on it.
